FEEDBACK

  • I have known Nicolas since starting my own journey in film, and he has proven to be one of the most dedicated picture editors I have collaborated with. His goal to improve himself as a post picture editor has always remained consistent from the time I first met him to now. Nicolas has also never been afraid to push himself beyond his comfort zone and has written, directed, edited and even starred in his own shorts. One of which, the Golden Bounty, enjoyed a solid festival run. Finally, Nicolas has also worked as an assistant editor for multiple projects, including my own, and has a strong grasp on the logistics and workflow of setting up projects in software such as Avid Media Composer and DaVinci Resolve.

I would highly recommend Nicolas for any post production team!

  • "I had the opportunity to work with Nicolas during my time in the Film and Television Production Advanced Diploma program at Humber Polytechnic. He was our VFX artist for our final PSA thesis project. He always went above and beyond expectations and showed utmost enthusiasm for anything we asked of him! Even when it came to making major last-minute changes, he was extremely understanding, and composed himself professionally at all times. His evident dedication and passionate efforts in his craft certainly came through in his work. I would definitely work with him again if given the chance!"

  • I’m delighted to write this recommendation for Nicolas Elensky. Having worked with him at Play Forever, I’ve seen firsthand how skilled he is as an editor and how effortlessly he collaborates.

Nicolas has a sharp eye for detail and an excellent grasp of cutting. He knows how to refine content into a clear, engaging narrative while bringing strong, consistent energy to his workflow. His creative input consistently elevates the final product.
